With 12+ years of VIP customer service and event management experience in my back pocket, you could say that detailed planning, no-nonsense execution and proactive communication are my bread and butter. 

As a budding business grad with a fresh bachelor's degree in hand, I was offered a place as 1 of 10 in an international hotel group graduate programme. This led me to work in some of Australia’s most prestigious hotels, as well as abroad in Canada, before returning home to join the team behind the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

Living in rural Australia and enjoying life with family - including my husband, kids, two dogs, and lots of chickens - but still only being 20 minutes from my favourite place in the world, Tallebudgera Creek!

Tammy

In her 20+ years of managing organisations and planning events of all scales, Tammy has developed a truly unique set of skills. Delivering to the highest quality is a skill Tammy has in spades, having working VIP guests such as King Charles, the Rolling Stones, P!nk, The Foo Fighters, and Kate Hudson (just to name a few)!

Fun fact: Tammy (like Amy) also worked at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, where she was in charge of all VVIPs. This included (the now) King Charles who noticed Tammy’s work ethic throughout the Games and shared a laugh with her as he jokingly commented “You work too hard!”
