We would love to be with you from event conception until conclusion. That may be 12+ months for some events and could be as close as 6 weeks beforehand for onsite event management.

How far in advance should we start working on an event together?

The majority of our clients work with us on fixed fee packages that are designed for their specific scope. It would be misleading to provide estimates or ‘from’ pricing without discussing your requirements first.

We offer varying levels of engagement from complete conference and event planning to onsite event management. Depending on the lead time, desired services and availability we will work with you on the best option.

We will always be transparent and upfront about our fees, commissions and anticipated additional costs. Our goal is to help you achieve your KPIs and create a memorable event not just for your delegates but for you also.
